2 Corinthians 1:20 “For all the promises of
God in Him are yea, and in Him Amen.”
All the promises of God come through
Christ. We need to turn to Him, trusting in His strength and power for all
things and in all things. Chambers says, “When it is a question of God’s
Almighty Spirit, never say ‘I can’t.’ Never let the limitation of natural
ability come in. If we have received the Holy Spirit, God expects the work of the
Holy Spirit to be manifested in us.”
Right now, a lot of us may be feeling weak
and overwhelmed; I know I am. Life is nothing like it was a few short months
ago. The one constant that we can all rely on is that Jesus is alive! We can fully
trust in Him, and be honest with Him about how we are feeling. During this uncertain
time, He may lead us to act and reach out in ways we never thought we could,
but the wonderful thing is that the Holy Spirit goes with us. We do not need to
do anything in our own strength. Jesus will light our path and show us the way.
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens
me.” Philippians 4:13
